Pit-type Heating Furnace

Introduction

The main structure of this well-type heating furnace is composed of a furnace shell, furnace lining, manual furnace cover lifting mechanism, and heating elements. The temperature of the furnace is automatically controlled by a special control cabinet and instrument indication. The furnace shell is welded by steel plate and section steel, the inner wall of the furnace lining in the furnace shell is made of various refractory materials, and the aluminum silicate refractory fiber is filled between the furnace shell and the furnace lining, which has good heat preservation effect.

Application

This series of pit-type heating furnaces is a periodic operation type electric furnace, with the highest service temperature of 950(1200)℃, which is mainly used for annealing, quenching, and normalizing other steel parts and castings such as long rods, shafts, and generator rotors in the air environment.

Product Features

The furnace has the characteristics of low empty furnace loss and low surface temperature and has good efficiency and energy-saving effects. And the heating element is made of OCr25A15 alloy resistance wire, which is placed on the wire-placing brick in the hearth and connected out of the hearth through a heat-resistant steel bar, and a thermocouple is installed beside the connecting bar to control and indicate the working temperature in the hearth.
