Product Description

Aluminosilicate roll felt is made of pyrogem as the main raw material in the processes of melting, wire drawing (adding appropriate amount of adhesive in the process of wire drawing), curing in curing chamber and cutting. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC, and the product is a one-time molding thermal insulation material. Products with different volume and density, different sizes to choose from, you can also customize the size according to your needs.

Product features

1. High temperature resistance, the maximum temperature can reach 1400 ℃

2. Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. Under the same conditions, the thermal conductivity of aluminum silicate products is more than 30% lower than other thermal insulation materials.

3. The dry product is 80 ~ 100kg / m3, and the wet product is 100 ~ 130kg / m3

4. It is not moistened to the molten metal. It has good chemical stability.

5. It has good sound absorption and sound insulation performance and good sound attenuation and sound insulation effect.

6. Good electrical insulation, high dielectric constant; can be used as high frequency insulation material.
